Telecallers – Freshers & Experienced (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic telecallers to join our on‑site call centre. The position is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to two years of telecalling or customer interaction experience. You will work in a fast‑paced environment handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to promote products or services.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain detailed call logs and update customer records.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call quality.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree completed or final‑year student (Track 1) or 1–2 years of telecalling experience (Track 2).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam (one regional language).
• Management or business background is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication in English.
• Ability to converse fluently in Tamil or Malayalam.
