About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team on a full‑time basis. The role involves both outbound and inbound calling to engage prospective leads and assist existing customers.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective leads and customers, presenting product or project details clearly and confidently.
Maintain and regularly update the customer database, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for the sales team.
Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Address customer objections politely and provide appropriate solutions.

Required profile

Positive attitude with strong convincing ability.
Ability to handle objections politely and professionally.
Minimum qualification: 12th grade or any degree.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Female candidates are preferred.
