Telecaller – Outbound Sales (Mumbai)

About the role

Urban Money is seeking a proactive Telecaller to join its Mumbai team. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, promoting a range of financial products and generating qualified leads for the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce loans, credit cards and fintech solutions.
• Promote financial products and clearly explain their benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to collect required documents and track case progress.
• Maintain daily MIS reports and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system.
• Adhere to compliance and data‑privacy guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or financial services.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Basic knowledge of loans or banking products is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
