Telecaller – Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and self‑motivated Telecallers to join our Hyderabad team. In this full‑time position you will engage prospective customers over the phone, clearly present our products and services, and help generate qualified leads or set appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain our offerings in Hindi, Telugu and English with clarity.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Follow up on leads and provide support to the sales team.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Telugu and English.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a self‑driven mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
