About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys engaging with people and proactively solving issues. In this role you will help turn customers into enthusiastic advocates for our brand.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers about product details, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Perform data entry across various platforms.
Required profile
- At least 1–6 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
