Technical Program Manager

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery for complex, cross‑organization modernization programs.
• Create clarity from ambiguity, define operating mechanisms, manage dependencies, and ensure high‑quality execution across Platform Engineering and Low Code Foundations.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of technical program management experience in engineering organizations.
• Proven ability to drive large, cross‑team technical programs with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong influencing skills.
• Demonstrated rigor in planning, risk management, and execution mechanisms.
• Comfort partnering with senior engineering leaders and principal engineers.
