Team Member - Engineering (Injectable Process Engineer)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Team Member – Engineering to join our Baddi facility. The role supports safe and efficient operation of engineering systems in an injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, working closely with experienced engineers on maintenance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment while following LOTO and work‑permit procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, document findings and assist in root‑cause analysis.
• Support operation and maintenance of transformers, generators, substations and automation systems.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
