Team Lead – 3P Perishable Hub Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Team Lead to drive the launch and daily operations of a 3P‑managed perishable hub (Pantry FC) in Pune. You will be responsible for planning the facility launch, scaling processing capacity, and ensuring that inbound, outbound and inventory control activities meet Amazon’s high standards for speed, quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute the launch of the fulfillment centre and ramp up to required processing capacity.
• Manage end‑to‑end daily operations for the 3P pantry FC, overseeing inbound, outbound and ICQA processes.
• Meet customer‑facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and safety standards.
• Lead and motivate the 3P team, fostering a safe and high‑morale work environment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth partner experience.
• Conduct daily site‑health checks, including 4M, 5S and inventory audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong execution skills, action‑oriented and a go‑getter attitude.
• Good people‑management capabilities.
