Tax Consultant – Indirect Tax (Pune)

About the role

As a Tax Consultant you will support client engagements by delivering high‑quality tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring efficient execution and contributing to the firm’s profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual tax returns, e‑TDS returns, and draft submissions to tax authorities.
• Represent clients before tax authorities and advise on inbound/outbound employee structuring, immigration, and provident fund matters.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and maintain professional standards.
• Utilise electronic working papers and relevant software to conduct research and produce accurate tax deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality, manage tight deadlines, and continuously update technical knowledge.

Required profile

• CA certification with 0‑1 year of relevant tax experience.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, self‑starter attitude.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort interacting with senior executives.
