Talent Staffing Team Member (HR Recruiter)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Staffing Team Member to lead full‑cycle recruitment for both manufacturing and corporate functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and manpower requirements.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and niche manufacturing roles.
• Track recruitment metrics, market trends, and competitor hiring practices.
• Utilize ATS platforms and AI‑enabled sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants/vendors for seamless execution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or corporate settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or an MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized institution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong sourcing abilities using job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques.
• Ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics.
