Talent Sourcer

About the role

Maker Lab is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to support its hiring initiatives across the APAC region. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will own end‑to‑end sourcing activities, build pipelines of marketing and creative talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract marketers, creatives, event specialists, content strategists, social media experts and technologists.
• Manage day‑to‑day candidate sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques and Workable.
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Develop and nurture a talent network for current and future hiring needs.
• Produce market insight reports and present recommendations to improve recruiting KPIs.
• Draft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job portals.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a candidate sourcer or researcher in a marketing, advertising, digital agency or recruitment consultancy.
• Established network of marketing and creative professionals in APAC.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
