Corporate & Product Recruiter (2-4 yrs Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate and Product Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our product‑focused and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience and a proven ability to source top talent in fast‑paced environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and other job portals.
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or product‑based companies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
