About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Corporate and Product Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our product‑focused and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience and a proven ability to source top talent in fast‑paced environments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and other job portals.
- Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or product‑based companies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
- Experience using Boolean search techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
