Talent Acquisition Specialist – Business & Sales Hiring

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our Bangalore team, focusing on Business and Sales hiring. The role involves end‑to‑end recruitment using data‑driven and AI‑enabled approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Business and Sales positions, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and devise hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Handle high‑volume, bulk, and niche hiring while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Conduct initial screening, assess fit, and manage candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and joining closure.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and track key hiring metrics.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future Business & Sales hiring needs.

Required profile

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience hiring for Business and Sales roles.
• Proven ability to manage both high‑volume and lateral hiring.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
• Preferably based in Bangalore; fintech or BFSI experience is a plus.
