Talent Acquisition Manager – Aviation Ground Services

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for our aviation ground handling operations in Bengaluru. The role will drive high‑volume hiring for frontline and support functions, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for ramp services, baggage handling, customer service and technical support roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, aviation institutes, referrals and social media.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments, background checks and security clearances.
• Forecast hiring needs based on operational schedules and seasonal trends.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR business partners and external recruitment vendors.
• Utilize ATS and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines and generate reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aviation operational hiring, particularly bulk and blue‑collar recruitment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with aviation regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
