Systems/Tech Analyst – Wholesale Digital Tech

About the role

ANZ is seeking an experienced Systems/Tech Analyst to join its Wholesale Digital Tech area in Bengaluru. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to shape, define, and deliver solutions across liquidity and virtual account management domains, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Designers, and squad members to shape solutions that maximise value delivery.
• Translate business needs into well‑defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, story elaboration, testing support, and release activities.
• Evaluate MVP scope, feasibility, and alignment to strategic outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and interdependencies across complex initiatives.
• Support value tracking, release planning, and prioritisation to ensure timely delivery.
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and delivery efficiency.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams and engage in broader organisational forums.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with strong domain expertise in Liquidity Management and Virtual Account Management.
• Proven track record delivering complex system implementations such as cash pooling, sweeps, notional pooling, and VAM solutions.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional technology and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
