Icertis CLM Trainer – 10+ Years Experience – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Icertis CLM Trainer to join our PAN‑India team on an immediate basis. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive training and adoption programs for Icertis Contract Intelligence solutions across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training curricula, user manuals, SOPs and e‑learning materials for Icertis CLM.
• Deliver instructor‑led, virtual and classroom training sessions to end‑users and administrators.
• Support CLM implementation projects, roll‑outs and user‑adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor contract templates, clause libraries, workflows and approval processes.
• Provide post‑training support and act as a subject‑matter expert during Agile implementation cycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of hands‑on Icertis CLM/Icertis Contract Intelligence.
• Proven track record as a trainer, functional consultant or solution lead for CLM solutions.
• Strong understanding of the full contract lifecycle (authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, obligations, renewals).
• Experience creating training content and conducting both virtual and onsite sessions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
