Supply Chain Analytics Consultant

About the role

Join HP’s Supply Chain Analytics organization to drive digital transformation across the company’s supply chain functions. You will lead initiatives that use simulation, AI/ML modelling, optimization and predictive analytics to improve processes and collaborate with business units, regions, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Enable digital transformation programs within the supply chain.
• Lead analytics initiatives leveraging simulation, AI/ML models, and optimization techniques.
• Develop predictive analytics solutions to address business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, regional units, and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or Analytics; MBA in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Minimum three years of experience in supply chain management or operations planning in a high‑tech environment.
• Proven ability to deliver tangible business outcomes in complex, end‑to‑end value‑chain settings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in R and Python for advanced analytics.
• Experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and Ariba supplier management solutions.
• Strong data visualization skills using Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of simulation, AI/ML modelling, and optimization techniques.
