About the role
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a multispeciality hospital in Chennai. The role involves assisting in routine and emergency medical procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Key responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report any changes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation of patient care activities.
- Assist in patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Support emergency situations and provide first aid when needed.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Required profile
- Qualified nursing professional with B.Sc Nursing, DGNM, or ANM.
- Willingness to work in a multispeciality hospital environment in Chennai.
