Specialist Manager – Spanish Engagement Financial Advisor (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Specialist Manager – Spanish Engagement Financial Advisor will join the USI GFS EFA team in Hyderabad. This role combines financial analysis, engagement management, and team supervision while providing advisory support to senior internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial analysis, reconciliation, budgeting, pricing analysis and variance reporting for one or more client engagements.
• Supervise EFA staff, oversee task delivery, conduct quality reviews and mentor junior resources.
• Prepare and review engagement financials, client billing, receivable collection and performance forecasts.
• Establish and maintain controls to ensure integrity of financial records and reporting.
• Address contract management, compliance issues and facilitate communication between engagement leadership and finance functions.
• Lead PMO activities, support proposal development and contribute to practice initiatives.
• Deliver training sessions and participate in performance assessment processes.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish language proficiency.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop junior team members.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with senior clients and leadership.
• Capability to manage multiple engagements and meet tight deadlines.
