About the role

Xerox is looking for an entry‑level Software Quality Assurance Engineer to support the design, testing and quality management of its control systems spanning hardware, software, telecommunications and infrastructure. The role contributes to the development of testing strategies, standards and practices for enterprise‑wide platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute testing strategies for control system components.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute quality standards and documentation.
  • Manage quality assurance activities for third‑party partners.
  • Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure and production support teams to ensure process adherence.
  • Apply quality and environmental management techniques to improve processes.

Required profile

  • Recent graduate (or equivalent experience) with a degree in engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of basic quality management and testing concepts.
  • Ability to follow guidance and operate within defined policies and procedures.
  • Limited decision‑making authority with a focus on execution.
