Software Engineering Specialist – S2P Solution Architect

About the role

The S2P Solution Architect is responsible for end‑to‑end solution design and architecture across the Source‑to‑Pay domain, ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Concur, VIM and other procurement platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete S2P solution architecture covering sourcing, contract management, procurement (P2P), invoice processing, payments and reporting.
• Design integrated solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and OpenText/SAP VIM, defining architecture patterns and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Govern integrations between SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI), SAP Ariba (Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts), SAP Concur (Travel & Expense) and VIM, defining master‑data, transactional flows and financial posting rules.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, AP and Tax teams to translate business requirements into technical designs that meet policy, financial control and audit (SOX, GDPR) requirements.
• Act as design authority, reviewing and approving solution designs, functional specifications and integration documents, and supporting governance forums, risk reviews and post‑go‑live oversight.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in SAP Source‑to‑Pay, procurement or finance solutions.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and VIM (OpenText or SAP).
• Solid understanding of Source‑to‑Pay business processes and complex SAP‑SaaS integrations.
• Knowledge of financial postings, invoice processing and related controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
