GenAI Engineer – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a GenAI Engineer to design, build and scale production‑grade Generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact across enterprise operations. The role translates complex business challenges into LLM‑powered applications such as copilots, conversational agents, document‑intelligence platforms and AI‑driven automation, tightly integrated with core SAP and other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, AWS Bedrock and leading foundation models (GPT‑4o, Claude, Titan, Llama, Mistral).
• Build enterprise copilots with Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent frameworks and integrate them with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Dataverse.
• Architect Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines using vector databases such as Azure AI Search, OpenSearch or Pinecone.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into SAP S/4HANA via OData APIs, SAP Business Accelerator Hub, SAP Event Mesh and BTP, and expose secure REST/GraphQL services.
• Define and implement evaluation frameworks for accuracy, hallucination, latency, cost and user satisfaction, and ensure responsible AI compliance.

Required profile

• Strong background in software engineering with hands‑on experience delivering AI solutions at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with SAP functional and technical landscapes and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, backend engineers and cloud architects.
