About the role

Join Koncept Global Books (Arihant Publications) as a Soft Skills Trainer and lead engaging workshops, seminars, and training sessions that empower individuals with essential life and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training programs focused on soft skills and life‑skill development.
• Assess participant needs and tailor sessions to address specific gaps.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to help participants improve.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and subject‑matter experts to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training initiatives on participants' personal and professional growth.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Travel to schools across Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida to conduct on‑site workshops.

Required profile
