About the role
We are seeking a Service Desk Specialist with excellent communication skills to join our IT support team on a rotational shift schedule. The role involves providing first‑line assistance to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of Office 365 and Windows environments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve user tickets using Jira ServiceNow.
- Provide day‑to‑day support via phone, email, or on‑site visits.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems on laptops, virtual machines, or PCs.
- Monitor multiple system consoles and take appropriate actions.
- Maintain accurate records while handling confidential information.
Required profile
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end‑user support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to multitask and work in rotating shifts.
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Required skills
- Office 365 administration.
- Jira ServiceNow ticketing.
