IT Service Desk (L1) Support – Freshers – Pune

About the role

We are looking for fresh graduates to join our IT Service Desk as L1 support agents. The role involves providing first‑line assistance to US/UK users, logging tickets and resolving basic technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests via phone, email or ticketing system.
• Log, categorize and prioritize tickets in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Troubleshoot common problems related to Office 365, Windows OS, VPN and network connectivity.
• Escalate complex issues to L2 support while ensuring timely communication with users.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2023‑2026) with a B.E, B.Tech or BCA degree.
• Resident of Pune; no relocation required.
• Freshers – no postgraduate degree or prior work experience needed.
• Willingness to work 24×7 rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Basic IT support knowledge.
• Proficiency with Office 365.
• Understanding of Active Directory.
• Experience using Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with VPN and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
