Senior SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) for our Delivery Centre in India. The role will guide clients through complex talent‑management transformations, ensuring robust performance processes and seamless integration with broader HR strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with HR, L&D and business stakeholders to capture current performance and goal‑setting processes and define future state requirements.
• Design, configure and implement end‑to‑end PMGM solutions, including goal plans, performance review forms, 360‑degree feedback, calibration and competency integration.
• Define integration points with Employee Central, Compensation, Learning and external systems using SAP Integration Center or CPI, and support data migration activities.
• Develop test plans, execute unit, integration and UAT testing, and manage defect resolution.
• Create training material, deliver workshops for administrators, managers and end‑users, and support change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in HR technology, with at least three full‑life‑cycle SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations.
• Active SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management certification.
• Proven ability to lead projects, mentor junior consultants and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM configuration and optimisation.
• SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center for system connections.
• Knowledge of related SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development).
• Experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools such as Ad Hoc, Canvas and Report Stories/People Analytics.
