Senior Project Manager – Technology & Digital Delivery

About the role

Grapes Worldwide is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of websites, digital platforms, AI‑enabled solutions, and long‑term technology engagements for national and international clients. The role requires strong technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to post‑launch support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of website development, digital platforms, Shopify, CMS, and technology projects.
• Manage full project lifecycles: discovery, planning, estimation, execution, testing, deployment, and post‑launch support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ongoing website enhancement initiatives.
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, providing status updates and governance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA, SEO, content, social media, AI, and business teams to ensure aligned delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing technology and digital delivery projects.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering on time and within scope.
