On-site Technology Support Specialist (Associate)

About the role

EY’s Enterprise Technology team is looking for an On‑site Technology Support Specialist (Associate) to deliver high‑quality hardware and software support to end users across the firm. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping employees get the right technology tools to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and support deployment of hardware and software to end users, including installation, configuration and testing of complex equipment.
• Manage provisioning and de‑provisioning processes for new hires and departing employees.
• Coordinate repair of end‑user hardware and reinstall software to resolve incidents.
• Resolve incidents related to standard end‑user software, hardware and mobile/hand‑held devices.
• Identify trends and root causes of technical problems to prevent recurrence.
• Provide after‑hours service for escalated issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform asset‑management activities such as procurement, inventory tracking and distribution.
• Support off‑site technology needs for firm‑sponsored meetings and events.
• Assist with IT tasks for office moves, build‑outs and relocations.
• Act as “remote hands” for other EY Technology functions, including telecommunications and hosting.

Required profile

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort working with a variety of hardware and software technologies.
• Willingness to provide after‑hours support when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to EY technology policies.
