Senior Manager – SAP ABAP Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager with deep SAP ABAP expertise to lead technical consulting engagements. You will work closely with business and functional teams to design, develop, and support SAP solutions that maximize client value across finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP ABAP development for RICEFW objects, ensuring high‑quality code and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Manage upgrade and implementation projects, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee integration work using RFC, SFTP, Web Services, REST APIs, OData, and SAP PI/CPI.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging to maintain robust solutions.
• Coordinate incident management with SAP support and implement SAP Notes.
• Utilize Solution Manager and Focus Build for change management and release processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 11 years of hands‑on SAP ABAP experience, including RICEFW development.
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data models, and integration technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead technical teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
