Software Engineer I – Full Stack (Python)

About the role

The Customer Team at Deloitte Consulting helps organisations improve customer relationships through analytics, GenAI and transformative technologies. As a Software Engineer I you will join the Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team to design, build and operate technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality work products within designated timelines.
• Own deliverables end‑to‑end and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to changing requirements and expectations while maintaining a positive learning attitude.
• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack solutions using Python back‑ends and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs and WebSocket services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, designers, product owners and other engineers in an agile environment.
• Ensure code quality through version control, testing and code reviews.
• Support cloud deployment, monitoring and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines and own deliverables.
• Positive attitude toward continuous learning and adaptation.
• Comfortable working in cross‑functional, agile teams.
