Senior Manager - Finance

About the role

The Finance Business Unit is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its reporting, budgeting and audit functions in Mumbai. The role will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate financial information, drive cost optimisation and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end Management reporting, including P&L split by Payment Solutions, Non‑PS and E‑biz Forex, and conduct variance analysis.
• Produce quarterly President commentary, income and expense accruals, and oversee overall financial monitoring.
• Deliver business review presentations on a monthly, quarterly and year‑to‑date basis.
• Lead year‑end budgeting, incorporating interest and finance‑cost forecasts.
• Execute monthly forecasting and maintain accurate debtor monitoring for BPC and non‑BPC accounts.
• Coordinate statutory audits and quarterly limited reviews.
• Analyse dealing profitability and generate ad‑hoc management reports as required.
• Participate in business projects, including automation of reports and development of new financial tools.
• Collaborate closely with senior managers and business stakeholders to align budgets and P&L with organisational objectives.
• Define and implement service strategies to achieve operational targets and optimise costs for the Finance unit.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience.
• Proven experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and audit coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership.
