Senior HR Partner – Corporate HR Organization

About the role

Amazon is seeking an experienced HR Partner to provide high‑judgment, strategic HR support to managers and senior leaders across the organization. In this senior role you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep knowledge of HR policies, processes, and tools to drive positive employee experiences and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers on complex performance management cases, including performance improvement plans, bias‑free evaluations, and coaching.
• Handle sophisticated employee‑relations investigations, grievance processes, and mediation, collaborating with Legal and Employee Relations to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Provide expert guidance on HR policies, talent and performance management, and organizational change initiatives at regional or country level.
• Analyze performance and investigation data to identify trends, share insights, and develop systemic solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior HR team members, shaping best practices across the region.
• Collaborate with PXT teams, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, and Legal to deliver integrated people solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Partner, with advanced knowledge of HR policies, processes, and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted consultant to managers and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance and investigation data and drive improvements.
• Experience conducting thorough, impartial investigations and managing complex employee‑relations cases.
• Ability to mentor junior HR professionals and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
