Senior HR Executive – Operations & Talent Management

About the role

The Senior HR Executive will lead end‑to‑end human resources operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, accurate payroll processing, effective talent acquisition, and compliance with labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee joining, onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities; maintain personal files and HR database.
• Oversee full payroll cycle, including attendance, overtime, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory contributions (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
• Coordinate recruitment activities with department heads, handling sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and maintaining a candidate pipeline.
• Track daily attendance, maintain leave records, and prepare monthly attendance summaries for payroll.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Factory Act; maintain statutory registers and contract‑labour documentation.
• Respond to employee queries on attendance, leave, and HR policies; support training and engagement initiatives.
• Design and implement KPI/KRA frameworks, drive performance management processes, and align individual goals with company objectives.
• Prepare regular MIS reports on attendance, manpower, recruitment, attrition, and payroll for senior management.
• Lead employee engagement programmes, office administration, travel coordination, facility management, and vendor relations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of local labour legislation and statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage HR documentation, MIS reporting, and performance management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
