Digital HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital HR Manager to lead the configuration, enhancement, and governance of Oracle Fusion HCM across the group. You will work closely with the Digital HR team, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the platform supports business needs and complies with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM, including EIT/DFF, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts.
• Manage technical upgrades, release impact assessments, and new functionality roll‑outs.
• Support Redwood transition by providing technical inputs.
• Onboard new entities: data migration, functional re‑configuration, integrations, and transition management.
• Create and maintain standard HCM reports for end‑users.
• Support HR analytics and dashboards in Data Lake environments, validating data integrity and enabling pipelines.
• Participate in AMS governance reviews, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment with group policies, digital governance, cyber‑security, and audit requirements.
• Provide techno‑functional input during functional requirement discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including at least two full‑cycle implementations as a techno‑functional lead.
• Deep knowledge of Fusion Core HR and solid understanding of OTL, Time & Labour, TM, Learn, Redwood, and Agentic AI features.
• Proven experience delivering rolled‑out modules and managing SLA‑based outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with system implementation partners and product providers.

• SIT/UAT support, defect analysis, production issue resolution.
• Jira, ServiceNow, MS Excel, documentation tools.
