HR Generalist – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support both its Indian and US operations. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analyses for management.
• Assist in planning and delivering training sessions and development programs.
• Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Coordinate employee separations, including exit interviews and paperwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of various HRM functions.
• Proactive, dynamic, and results‑oriented personality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
