Senior Consultant – Supply Chain & Operations (Procurement)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Business Consulting – Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) team. The role will focus on procurement transformation while supporting end‑to‑end supply‑chain initiatives for clients across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement transformation initiatives, covering strategy, category management, sourcing, supplier performance and governance.
• Diagnose current‑state SC&O capabilities and design future‑state operating models, processes and performance frameworks.
• Support clients in planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics to ensure holistic supply‑chain alignment.
• Translate business priorities into phased transformation roadmaps that deliver cost, service, resilience, risk and compliance value.
• Identify AI, advanced analytics and automation use cases to enhance decision‑making (e.g., spend analytics, demand forecasting, supplier risk, contract intelligence).
• Design business requirements for supply‑chain and procurement control towers, integrating data across source‑to‑pay, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure AI solutions are fit‑for‑purpose, scalable and governed.
• Enable knowledge transfer through training, documentation and best practices.
• Contribute to proposal development and champion responsible AI principles.

Required profile

• Strong functional expertise in procurement and broader supply‑chain domains.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI and advanced analytics to solve business problems.
• Proven ability to design transformation roadmaps and operating models.
• Excellent communication skills to work with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience delivering projects for MENA‑region clients is a plus.
