Operations Manager – India Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the launch and day‑to‑day running of Mommy First’s India operations from Thiruvananthapuram. This hands‑on role spans logistics, inventory, business systems and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth processes as the business scales across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, warehouses and courier partners; track imports, shipments, stock receipts, dispatches and returns.
• Resolve shipment delays, damaged consignments, delivery failures and claims; maintain trackers for outstanding operational issues.
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliation between physical inventory, warehouse records and Zoho.
• Maintain organized records of shipments, inventory movements, vendor quotations and operational documentation.
• Manage customer, distributor, hospital and vendor data in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory; update sales opportunities, quotations, orders, invoices and payments.
• Produce routine dashboards, trackers and management reports; ensure data quality and support system improvements.
• Support visits to hospitals, distributors, retailers and business partners across Kerala.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new logistics and operational vendors as the business expands.
