Senior Clinical Operations Specialist – Immediate Joiner

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Operations Specialist to join its Clinical Solutions team on a home‑based basis. The role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance while collaborating closely with Clinical Project Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain information in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), updating timelines, milestones, and ethics committee/health authority authorizations.
• Assist the Senior Clinical Project Manager with study budget planning, tracking, and reporting, including grant management.
• Perform good receipt booking aligned with vendor financial reports and study status.
• Establish and maintain the Trial Master File (TMF), ensuring all key documents are filed correctly.
• Support centralized monitoring activities and follow‑up on clinical trial documentation as needed.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of relevant Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) experience.
• CTA experience combined with exposure to centralized monitoring is preferred.
• Strong operational understanding of clinical research processes.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proactive, resourceful, and quick learner, able to work independently.
