Senior Clinical Operations Specialist – Immediate Joiner

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Clinical Operations Specialist to join its Clinical Solutions team on a home‑based basis. The role supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials, ensuring data integrity, budget compliance, and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update study information in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), including timelines, milestones, and ethics committee/health authority authorizations.
• Assist the Senior Clinical Project Manager with study budget planning, tracking, and reporting, including grant management and vendor financial reconciliation.
• Set up and maintain the Trial Master File (TMF), ensuring all required documents are filed correctly and kept up to date.
• Coordinate with the Clinical Trial Team to resolve data discrepancies, monitor study progress, and support centralized monitoring activities.
• Provide proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with study objectives.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of relevant Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) experience.
• Prior exposure to centralized monitoring is preferred.
• Strong operational understanding of clinical research processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, resourceful, and quick to learn.
