Senior Civil Tender Manager / Tender Engineer

About the role

URC Construction is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Tender Manager to lead end‑to‑end tendering activities for large‑scale building and EPC projects. The role involves preparing competitive estimates, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring accurate commercial evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of civil tendering, from technical evaluation to commercial submission.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), perform quantity take‑off, costing, and rate analysis.
• Develop accurate and competitive project estimates and tender documents.
• Plan tender‑stage resources, identify vendors, and coordinate with sub‑vendors/subcontractors.
• Review estimation reports, cost comparisons, and bid submissions.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors during the tender process.
• Conduct vendor follow‑up, evaluate quotations, and perform commercial comparisons.
• Lead negotiations, coordinate teams, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 6–15 years of experience in civil tendering, estimation, and cost engineering.
• Proven experience on large‑scale building/EPC projects.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
