Senior Business Solution Consultant – Non-Conformance Management

About the role

As a Senior Business Solution Consultant for Non‑Conformance Management (NCM) at BASF Digital Hub Hyderabad, you will drive the implementation and optimisation of the NCM process and related digital applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into robust IT solutions, ensuring high‑quality service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve BASF’s NCM process and supporting SAP, reporting, and mobile applications.
• Gather user requirements, convert them into detailed IT specifications, and oversee their delivery.
• Provide training, support, and change‑management activities to end‑users.
• Collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers, data scientists and quality experts.
• Help Operational Divisions achieve better customer service, quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in manufacturing or quality management, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 standards.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural, virtual teams and drive change.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
