About the role
We are looking for a Senior Billing Engineer to lead billing activities for our construction projects. You will ensure accurate preparation, verification, and submission of all billing documents, aligning them with contract terms and project schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, and final invoices.
- Cross‑check quantities against site measurements and drawings.
- Ensure billing complies with BOQ, contract conditions, and approved changes.
- Maintain complete documentation of bills, approvals, and cost records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and the accounts team for billing updates.
- Assist in rate analysis and material reconciliation when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 10 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in construction.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
