Senior Associate – Non-Financial Risk, Transaction Banking Digital

About the role

The Senior Associate will support the management of Non-Financial Risk across Transaction Banking Digital products and platforms, including Digital Payments, Cash Management, APIs and digital channels. Working under senior NFR colleagues, the role partners with product, sales, technology and control functions to deliver safe, sustainable, customer‑focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical risk advice for Transaction Banking Digital products, platforms and client connectivity solutions.
• Prepare analysis of product and platform risk profiles, control effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Translate operational, technology, cyber and data risk information into clear insights and reports for stakeholders and governance forums.
• Support risk identification, assessment, monitoring, management and reporting across digital payments, cash management platforms and APIs.
• Assist with strengthening the control environment, supporting digital transformation initiatives and regulatory readiness.
• Escalate issues, incidents and emerging risks through appropriate channels.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in non‑financial risk within a banking or financial services context.
• Understanding of digital banking products such as payments, cash management, APIs and digital channels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product, sales, implementation, operations, technology and control teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to produce risk insights and reports.
