Senior Associate – Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory team. In this role you will collaborate with business leaders to solve complex problems, drive sustainable change and create competitive advantage for large, global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and address complex business issues from strategy through execution.
• Use feedback and reflection to develop self‑awareness and coach junior team members.
• Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured problems and extract insights from industry trends.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, and ensure appropriate tools are used.
• Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders while building strong relationships.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct in all activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification required.
• Interest or experience in Climate & Energy is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt behaviour to different situations.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to seek diverse perspectives.
