KYC Analyst – Corporate Renewal Review

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Analyst to join our compliance team and conduct periodic KYC reviews and onboarding in line with client policies. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in corporate due‑diligence and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corporate renewal reviews and KYC due‑diligence for privately owned, public companies, trusts and partnerships.
• Source and transfer data from multiple systems into the primary KYC platform accurately.
• Manage a personal caseload end‑to‑end, ensuring timely completion and adherence to targets.
• Proactively review referrals and queries, escalating complex cases to Subject Matter Experts or Team Leads as needed.
• Monitor performance against plan and make decisions to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Fresh graduate – no prior work experience required.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML concepts is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high quality standards.
• Good understanding of corporate structures and documentation requirements in a KYC context.
