Senior Analyst – Master Data Management (MDM)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the execution of its Master Data Management (MDM) strategy across the enterprise. The role will shape and implement the strategic vision for MDM initiatives, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity while supporting the broader data governance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement MDM solutions using platforms such as Reltio, aligning them with business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and data governance teams to integrate MDM across systems like Oracle Financials, Coupa, Salesforce, and Mastercard Billing System.
• Partner with data quality teams to profile, cleanse, enrich, and manage the lifecycle of mastered data, monitoring key quality KPIs.
• Drive automation of data ingestion and consumption processes, overseeing system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
• Establish and enforce data standards, frameworks, and best practices for master data domains (merchant, customer, product, supplier, legal entity).

Required profile

• Proven experience in master and reference data management, preferably within a large enterprise.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with technology, product, and business stakeholders.
• Subject‑matter expertise representing the Office of the Chief Data Officer.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data integrity.
