Senior Analyst - Marketing Operations

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to support global digital marketing operations within its Global Business Solutions Center. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operational enablement, platform stability, and efficient execution of marketing initiatives at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support for global digital marketing platforms and processes.
• Manage Adobe Workfront projects, reporting, and end‑user support.
• Ensure platform governance aligns with internal policies, security controls, and audit requirements.
• Administer Workfront licenses, user roles, permissions, groups, and access controls.
• Monitor project intake queues and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and trackers for operational and leadership reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global marketing operations and platform support.
• Strong focus on execution, stability, and reducing manual effort.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
