Communications Specialist - Senior Corporate Communications Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Communications Specialist to lead corporate communications initiatives, manage projects and vendor relationships, and support the overall communications function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain project, account, and vendor management.
• Solve non‑routine cross‑functional problems.
• Contribute to communications strategy and planning, including marketing promotional plans.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders, leaders and external vendors.
• Identify and drive process improvements and functional excellence.
• Represent and champion the Cummins brand across all communications.
• Manage budgets and financial tracking for communications activities.
• Design and deliver functional training, presentations and workshops.
• Compile, analyze and report metrics, data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Stay current with digital tools, trends and channels to enhance outreach.
