Senior Accountant (Experienced) – Rajkot

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant and a Junior Accountant to provide accounting and bookkeeping services for US‑based clients from our Rajkot office. The positions are full‑time, Monday to Saturday, and require on‑site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and lead month‑end and year‑end closing for senior role.
• Prepare individual and corporate tax returns and give strategic financial advice.
• Mentor junior accountants and review their work.
• Perform monthly bookkeeping, bank and credit‑card reconciliations, and prepare profit‑and‑loss and balance‑sheet statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, support month‑end/year‑end processes, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Collaborate with senior staff to prepare tax filings for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a CA firm or accounts department for senior role; 1‑2 years for junior role.
• Relevant academic background (B.Com, M.Com, CA, CPA or equivalent).
• CPA certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks (Online and Desktop).
• Experience with Sage and Xero accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
