Audit Manager (Chartered Accountant)

About the role

We are a global group operating across four continents in insurance, risk management, reinsurance, fintech and insurtech. We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to lead our audit function, manage a team of professionals and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise internal audit activities for insurance and reinsurance entities.
• Conduct financial reporting and ensure compliance with international accounting and auditing standards.
• Develop and monitor corporate budgeting and accounting policies.
• Lead a team, chair audit committees and present findings to senior management.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices.

Required profile

• CA certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial audit or finance, preferably within insurance or reinsurance.
• Strong organisational, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven leadership or team‑management experience.
• Excellent negotiation and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Expertise in auditing techniques and accounting principles.
• High computer literacy with experience using ERP financial systems.
• Knowledge of international accounting and auditing policies, procedures and standards.
• Familiarity with corporate budgeting and financial reporting.
